“There is a fountain of youth: it is your mind, your talents, the creativity you bring to your life and the lives of people you love. When you learn to tap this source, you will truly have defeated age.” ~Sophia Loren
As you start aging, it is common to say, “wait! Hold the bus!”
That is until you realize the same secret Tracey did – the fountain of youth is in the mindset of Positive Aging and embracing who you are – hair and all.
Tracey is a fantastic example of embracing who you are. This grandmama rocks the paddleboard, kayak, and skis! Then, she heads inside to make a mean charcuterie board!
She’s not even close to being done discovering adventures, either! Tracey just found out about snowshoeing and is working up a sweat in the crisp outdoor air.
She knows that how you live your life keeps you young, not your hair color. Check out the video below to see how Tracey has found empowerment in Positive Aging.
Tracey felt pressure to keep her hair brown. She thought her hair color defined her and bought into the critical voices of magazines and tv.
That is until she decided to ditch the dye, something she had been using since she was 21 years old!
And that is when her transformation into Positive Aging began.
From here, out – Tracey welcomed who she was. She was empowered by moving through vulnerability into a place of exquisite acceptance.
And now she can’t be stopped!
She is a cheerleader for women of all hair colors: pink, grey, white, brown, black, blonde, red, purple – whoever you want to be is what makes you beautiful.
Because hair doesn’t define a person; embracing life and having a joyous attitude is what makes a person gorgeous.
Tracey doesn’t take who she is for granted! She is living her life on her own terms.
“Cheers to Positive Aging. Do it your way and make it your journey.”
