After a nice massage or a long day out, a foot bath and scrub is the perfect way to end things. Find your comfy chair. Grab your basin, salt scrub, soft towel and lotion.
Let’s get started!
Boil water and add ½ cup of fine sea salt or Epsom salt to dissolve. Once the water is warm to the touch, add to your basin and begin soaking your feet. Sit back and relax as the salt and warm water work their magic.

After about 15-20 minutes, pull one foot at a time from the basin to exfoliate dead skin. Using a good scrub, gently rub in circular motions around your toes, heels, bottom, sides and tops of your feet. When done, rinse with warm water. And pat dry with a soft towel.
For a DIY scrub, you can use 1 cup of fine sea salt combined with 1 cup of olive oil or coconut oil.
