Step 1: Brush
We brush our hair and teeth to look their best! Why not brush our mouths?
Start by applying lip gloss or chapstick. This prevents a tugging sensation while massaging around your mouth.
Use a finger to hold the corner of your mouth taut. Then, place your pointer finger on the opposite hand by the finger holding your skin tight.

Use a finger to hold the corner of your mouth taut. Then, place your pointer finger on the opposite hand by the finger holding your skin tight.
With firm pressure, make short, quick brush strokes toward the middle of your mouth, working slowly towards your cupid's bow.
Repeat ten times. When you complete ten rounds of brush strokes for this area, repeat the steps on the other half of your top lip and on both sides of your bottom lip.
This massage is excellent for treating existing lines and preventing future lines around the lips.
Step 2: Press
After moving from the brush, turn toward the press.
In this motion, make your hands into fists. Place the thumbs and pointer finger side of your fist against the bottom of your mouth, resting on your chin.
Using firm pressure, press your hands into your skin and move to the side of your mouth, just under your cheekbone.
Pause here and then finish by moving your hands to your ears. Be mindful not to press into your temples.
Repeat 8-10 times. Then, place your fists at the starting point of the corners of your mouth, but toward the upper lip. Again, with firm pressure, press your fists, move to your cheekbone, and then up to your ear. Repeat 8-10 times.
Step 3: Tap & Flick
The last step is a tapping exercise.
Create an O with your mouth, wrapping your lips around the teeth.
Using two fingers from each hand, place your fingers at the top of your O.
Using a tapping motion, tap your fingers around your mouth to the bottom of the O. Then, work your way back up to your original position.
Repeat this process 5 times. End this step with a gentle flick of your lips.
Start with your bottom lip and place your pointer finger on your lip. Gently flick your lip by pulling your finger down.
Continue this motion with your top lip, except you will use your pointer finger to quickly push your lip up, giving it a little flick. Repeat 3-4 times on each lip.
