This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is part of the Terms of Service for Resource Marketing, LLC d/b/a Vibrance (“Vibrance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate an online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, (collectively “Services”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your Personal Information when you visit, use, or make a purchase or other transaction using our Services or communicate with us in any manner. It also provides information related to third-parties who collect, use, and disclose Personal Information through our website. Our Services are powered by Shopify – a platform which supports all aspects of our Services.
