Step 1: Flutter the Eyes
The first of three exercises starts with placing one of your pointer fingers on the upper cheekbones of each side of your face. The pressure of each finger is slight, nothing too forceful. Simply hold your fingers on both sides.
Then, make an O shape with the mouth.
Slightly wrap your lips around the teeth and hold this position for the duration of the exercise.

Make peace signs with your fingers on each hand. Place your pointer finger on the outer edge of your eye - toward your ear.
Then, position your middle finger on the upper bridge of your nose by your eyebrows.
Close your eyes halfway and squint until you find a slight fluttering action and pulsating feel. Hold for three seconds, then relax. Repeat for a total of about 10 seconds.
Step 3: Criss Cross
The final exercise works muscles around the eyes.
It strengthens and tones the area around the eyes, preventing the hollow look that can appear under your eyes.
It also targets eye circles, bags, fine lines, and wrinkles.Place your hands on your forehead to keep the forehead muscles still.
Take your eyes and look up to the right corner and then down to the left corner.
Repeat several times before switching sides and looking from top left to bottom right.
